Customer service is horrible pretty much across the board. Everything seems to be getting automated, it is impossible to talk to a human, and if you're lucky to talk to someone they usually read from a script or lie to you. But it is near impossible to get an issue resolved. I have had recent bad experiences with ebay and ups, nothing like what it used to be just a year ago.
AI has made many things faater and more convenient, but at the same time less user friendly and more artificial.
Apologies, anything that was taken out since October was just refunded. This site is very hard to use, and though I closed the account, Wix was still charging. I'm about ready to get rid of any login whatsoever, it's so non-user friendly. Let me know if there are any forums out there that you would like to use for this group, outside of this platform. Any login problems you have to call their shitty customer service, where they told me its an individual bug on each user. A-holes are worthless.
