There was a time when I went with the stories and antecdotes of the patriot/truth movement, long ago, the same BS traps that most of us fall for. Yes. I probably used the word sovereign incorrectly. But I absolutely retracted that speak much more carefully and verify everything now. So, I appologize if my ignorance confused anyone. This is the name of the patriotard movement though. Sad. If you want a license, you pay their fee. It's not unlike all their other methods, like adding bills to your property tax and then stealing (forclosing) on your home when you don't pay the bill or fee. There is no reason to pursue a battle with the DMV, it is pointless. It is not a system of justice, but of administratable code. You already agrreed with it to get the driver's license, and your use of the public roads by even the law of custom is enforcable. You don't drive on the left side of the road in England, because the custom is different there. You conform to the laws where you visit. My final word on this is: can we all please stop pretending there is a legitimate governemnt or legitmate court system in place, and admit we are merely Roman municeps, prisoners of war, and without patriotic or God-given rights? Time to grow up from the truth movement and face the actual Truth. There is no cause, there is nothing to go back to, there is only what is. You certainly cannot just ignore a notice or ticket though. That is for sure. Eventually this will catch up to the "driver" and it will come to a head, yes. You may lose your car. You may go to jail. But what you wont do is be successful as a sovereign or "private" vehicle. In reality, if you'd have shown up to court and pleaded hardship the judge would have given you a lower fee because he already has his financial insturment for the higher amount to go into a CUSIP bundle and be invested. He doesn't care, he just writes off the loss. Treat these a holes with a false dignity and respect, and your life as a slave will go much smoother.

Don't believe any court procedure guru like Alphonse who's answer to every legal issue it to belligerently sue everyone and pretend that you have "property and civil rights" that afford one to not pay property taxes. He has lost every lawsuit that I can pull up despite him accusing Clint and I of spreading false things like he does himself. Results speak louder than words.

Preventive law is far more powerful and accessible to all of us.

Going to court and suing people should be avoided at all costs.

"You conform to the laws where you visit." Well...my tuppence-worth on THAT is, is it law or legislation. Aren't "laws" immutable and unchangeable, i.e. sky is up, rain is wet - observable reality for everyone, as in contrast to nonsense written on paper/websites concocted by men and women with the intention of imposing on other men and women.

Sorry - not trying to start a serious debate; just my musings here 'n' there about the whole state of things on this realm. 🙄

I have a few question regarding if a PMA is appropriate for starting a community and accepting donations. I and currently with a group of friends wanting to expand our community and we need funds to continue. This would be for locating and securing a space to hose larger events say for 40 people for a weekend or 80 people for a evening. This would occur on a regular basis and donations have mostly covered from personal gifts and suggested donation boxes. If a structure some sort was made to allow for long distance donations on a monthly basis for membership status and to join into these activates, would this require a bank account to be made in a joint name in some way? How would multiple individuals show "ownership" to this account, access funds and transact? I don't know the legal lingo but I thought I'd start there.

You're going to need an LLC (limited liability company) to proceess the payments for the PMA's long distance transactions. The LLC is also a way to have multiple owners have access to the LLC bank account. Dear clint,

I'm just looking for a bit of clarity on an issue that is kinda dear to me at the moment? I've found that there is a lot of ambiguity surrounding how to present ones self in court or in a traffic stop (ya, i know, avoid it if possible)? The way you were describing things years ago seems to have understandably changed and I apologize in advance if i don't have the exact date and location of where you wrote this but feel you'll be able to field it in the vast Rolodex of your mind? I was reading in one of your past posts from around 2010 (or maybe from Strawman 2) where you are talking about being Sovereign and how that works in court and traffic stops. That post supported my own research but fast forward to a recent boob tube video with Brandon where he plays a recording of a guy who refuses the policy enforcers requests to identify himself and i guess it didn't end well for him and you both talk about what he did wrong and how that's not a good road to go down but none the less I'm on the road now?

I can't find my place on the 2010 read but it seems to not be in alignment with your present take on legal and Sovereignty? i know that there is only one Sovereign and it's not us but being as though I'm gonna have to face the legal artifice in the very near future i would like to face it as best i can and in a way that will hopefully spare me at least a bit of pain?

Thank you for your responding to my message and fair enough on the meaning of sovereignty. Hold your thoughts on having a drivers license and that one contracts with the department that issues driver's licenses, I'm pretty clear on that. So now i apologize for getting into a hypothetical here but, let's say there was a guy who holds a valid and up to date driver's license. That guy is driving down the road and exceeds the speed limit and is issued a photo radar ticket in the mail. The same guy ignores the ticket and he is issued a fine for speeding and non payment in the mail which he ignores because it's a ridiculous amount and he can't afford to pay it. Two years elapse when finally the guy goes to renew his drivers license, registration and insurance but is denied because the DMV has put a flag on his account until his fine(s) are paid and he must now go to court to deal with this whole speeding and non payment nonsense which he couldn't afford to pay in the first place and continues to ignore the mounting letters that appear in his post office box.

Hypothetically this guy will have to deal with this situation soon as they no doubt will be sending out the guys with shiny boots and badges, well ironed shirts with an impressive array of devices on their tool belts and of course will be also driving one of those sleek yin and yang colored vehicles that whine as they race down the road..... So now before that happens does this guy finally open up one of those now fat letters that the post office has been sending back to them as undeliverable and see exactly how upset they really are and then be a "man" and then show up in court acting as an "agent" of the "person" which effectively is the same as being the person anyway, or is there a way he can present himself as a man created by God and still effectively deal with the whole fictional situation and the "man" acting as the flattering title of Judge and his assistant the crown attorney? Or is this guy screwed as soon as he steps foot on their ship and will possibly have to submit to the forty lashes because he still can't afford to pay the man acting for the corporation? Asking for a friend of course.

Sorry for the deley, I didn't see this. There is no out here. It is like the city or county or state issuing citations or whatever, and then if you don't pay it, they attach it to something, like your property tax, and then if you don't pay that, suddenly they can steal your house legally because of that lein on the house for the fine, which is now considered a legitmate tax (property tax). It's a great scam, but it is their law and you all agree to it. As I've said a thousand times, there is no use wasting time on such low level municpal tickets and citations, parking tickets, and all that. It is meaningless and they always win, even when they dismiss the ticket (write it off after investing the financial instrument they dimiss for a month or so before it is dismissed). In every case, ignoring it is detrimental in the long run, and pointless in the short term. Just realize this is part of being an indenture in service of the nation state, a prisoner of war. Pay it and be happy its behind you. There is no purpose or reason behind fighting tickets. It's ueseless. It's a major profit model and the value is bundled and CUSSIP'd into bundled securities in the Court Registry Investment System (CRIS). As much as I hate to say it, this is the point where you be NICE. They will make their money by investing your financial instrument (ticket/citation) until you appear in court and finally pay the fine, thus closing the open financial valuation of that ticket. When all is considered, this means that millions of "tickets" are put into an investment fund according to their face value, until the point where the value is "paid" by the victim (taxpayer/driver under license). And no, having no license is not a solution, they will ticket you for that too. It aint worth the effort in any way. But if you are respectful and NICE to your master (judge) and even your prison guard (police officer), you might just find some leiniance with the ammount owed and even the misdemener charged. The judge may lesson or dismiss the ticket not because you are a legal guru but because you aren't some asshole and ignorant like most of his "clients" (victims). It matters not to the judge, because it was always the open ticket they cared about, because the full value of it is what the bundle into security investments. When the judge finally lowers the fine, if he does, because you are NICE, they treat this reduction as a tax write-off! LOL! So be the cog you are, and don't try and pretend you aren't in the debtor's prison and its legal matrix. It is pointless. And hey, why not try obeying the traffic code and stop being purposefully ignorant of it? Ha! I can't remember the last time I had to go to court, because I'm so damn NICE and respectful to the police officer that they write a warning instead of a monetary fine. Often, especially in history, it is best to hide your knowledge of the fraud and the agents thereof in liue of happiness, whatever is allowed anyway. In other words, the truth/patriot/tax protest movement is once again full of shit.
