It's been a while since I asked this question but thank you for answering it. So basically in lay man's terms we're all fucked? Well, I've thought that for quite some time but nothing like getting confirmation?

Forgive me for not getting to this sooner...

First, let us not mix common language of slaves with the Law Latin of slavemasters. Be positive is not incorrect use of the mongrel English language. But we are not concerned with that slave language except as it harms us for not recognizing the dueality and inversity of words. Using common language in a legal setting is disasterous.

You could think of it this way:

God's Law positively requires non-participation in the artificial legal laws of man (commerce). The legal Law requires participation in its matrix, and thus requires a direct, positive violation of God's Law. God's Law is negative because it says THOU SHALT NOT DO. Legal (man's) law is positve because it says THOU SHALT DO what God's Law says not to do.

To be in the negative Law is to deny, to not accept, to oppose the postive (man's) law. To deny persona (status) in the legal matrix, for starters. Thus, negativity in this meaning is simply the lack of anything postively added. To accept anything legal is to positively add that false thing, which menas accepting the opposing law that governs that postive thing or right. Negative rights are self-evident and of God, whereas all rights of legal persons are positve law rights, rights allowed and retractable by the master (false God) government. Negative is also equal to inherent. Positive is equal to not natural.

This is perhaps a bit simplistic, so, let's allow the legal books to clarify: In viewing these definitions, remember that what is legal is always opposed to Nature, as some-thing positively charged (accused and adjudged) or negatively discharged back into non-Existence (as end of contract). But remember, commerce, that is contract law, is positive law, and citizens and persons do not exist anywhere in nature. What is positive (a creation of mans legal law) is not and cannot be bound by the Laws of Reality, of Nature, of YHVH.

The word legal, in its Truest sense as man’s “positive law,” literally means not of Nature and in opposition to God, as the undoing of God’s Law.

POSITIVE LAW - Law actually and specifically enacted or adopted by proper authority for the government of an organized jural society. "A 'law,' in the sense in which that term is employed in jurisprudence, is enforced by a sovereign political authority. It is thus DISTINGUISHED not only from all rules which, like the principles of MORALITY and the so-called laws of HONOR and of fashion, are enforced by an indeterminate authority, but also from all rules enforced by a determinate authority which is either, on the one hand, SUPER-HUMAN, or, on the other hand, politically subordinate. Whatever your romanticized opinion of this government, you must know that by their own official opinions and timeless definitions its law is against morals, against reasoning, against honor, and thus against spirituality and Law under God.

All law in man’s governmental structures are only ever positive law. It’s only design is to steal away every man from his Naturally Pure and negative essence. It is the law of the idols (gods) of nations. But don’t take the author’s word for it. Go to their own source:

We must never forget that the legal law of today, that romanticized (from Roman times) “law of the land” is not unique to the American constitution in any way, merely the same old repetitive legal law of that moving, ever-evolving kingdom of the pagan Roman Empire. For the strict, civil law is only the continued law of Rome, lex scripta, a creation of the Pope of the Church and State.

LEX TERAE - The law of the land. The phrase is used to distinguish this from the civil or Roman law. 2. By lex terrae, as used in Magna Charta, is meant one process of law, namely, proceeding by indictment or presentment of good and lawful men. LEX TERRAE - The law of the land. The common law, or the due course of the common law; the general law of the land. LEX SCRIPTA - Written law; law deriving its force, not from usage, but from express legislative enactment; statute law. (From the Latin Maxim) “If the written law be silent, that which is drawn from manners and custom ought to be observed; and, if that is in any manner defective, then that which is next and analogous to it; and, if that does not appear, then the law which Rome uses should be followed.” This maxim of Lord Coke is so far followed at the present day that, in cases where there is no precedent of the English courts, the civil law is always heard with respect, and often, though not necessarily, followed… (Black4)

WRITTEN LAW - or lex scripta. This consists of the constitution of the United States, the constitutions of the several states, the acts of the different legislatures, as the acts of congress, and of the legislatures of the several states, and of treaties. See Statute. (Bouv1856)

The constitution of the United States is lex scripta. IT IS NOT OF GOD IN AN WAY. So whatever subject-matter is not specified in the written law therein, or by custom, etc., reverts to the Roman (pagan) Law! This is anti-scripture! I cannot stress the importance of this statement by Mr. Bouvier, whose 1856 dictionary was commissioned by Congress and ratified as a strict part of the “law of the land.”

Note here that when the Bible states that the leading teachers and priests of the religious Law will betray and sentence to die the son of Man, this is allegorical, and it means that the priest class will seek to bypass and destroy the Law (Son/Word) of God for all men. Do you not see that this prophesy has come True in every way, through the evangelists of mammon and through the denominations of Roman (Universal), false Christianity? Remember, it was the pope that created the Roman civil law (lex scripta), and that the civil law of the so-called “Jewish” people is not the Bible, but the Talmud.
