Dear brother,

Thank you for taking the time to write your thoughts. I qualify the following by saying that I don't know anything anymore. What I once knew is different or total 180 from what I know (or think I know) now. I followed Christopher James for a couple years because I thought he was a good man, fighting the good fight ... please see my comment preceeding this sentence. I joined his club and I chimed in on several zoom calls. For years he was changing the world because of the wrong that "they" did to his family and it was a good angle to get people involved.

From my experience this guy is another distraction, inviting people onto the merry go round to circle jerk together to no viable or repeatable outcome.

The thing for me is that I've been on the trail for decades with this shit and have tried many angles including Chris's. It only served to cause me stress, anxiety, heartbreak and alienate me from society. If one wants to go ahead and get involved with the whole idea of driving without a license or Common Law then they should do that. I did for two years and can tell you that every time I went out I did so with much trepidation and with the expectation that I might not make it home. I knew that even if I had all my ducks in a row and got stopped I was at the mercy of the policy enforcer's discresion and could end up in jail, have my car impounded, assaulted, fined or a number of other outcomes and then the aftermath is you have to deal with it in court which is the last place anyone wants to be.

You never or at least one should endeavor to always stay away from "their" arena, their kangaroo court because they have the ability to change the law to suit them as "they" see fit. There is "no one" out there who is successfully defending themselves on a consistent basis in a repeatable way in court. Yes many people have been successful here and there but what worked for them, does not work for you or me if we try to follow what they did. It depends on many factors most of which is the level of knowledge of the magistrate or judge, the opinion of the judge, the mood of the judge and the attitude of the judge. You can watch many videos of people that have tried these methods and went straight to jail.

Hey, like I said, I don't know shit and I'm not tying to tell anyone what to do at all. You do what you feel in your heart is right for you, I don't try anymore to convince or judge anyone for the way they are and the actions that they take, it's all a journey and more specifically it's our own personal journey that we must go through.

I finally went through the steps to get my drivers license back, did my income taxes after five years, and paid my property tax just before they were going to auction off my property for failure to pay them. I no longer have the wolves at the door, no longer have to jonez about every cop car I see and not worry about someone showing up on my property to remove me. Listen I don't like it, but in the big picture the money I have to give them is a small price to pay for my tethered freedom which is why I don't give a rats ass about all the shit going on out there and just try to live in the present and focus more on being grateful for everything I have each and every day ... perhaps now I'm just living?

Boy does your note resonant! From not carrying a DL ( death lice...pet name) to insurance, paying property extortion ...on and infinitely on. I don't know or have any experience with the Chris James fella but around here in wa state ( and all over) there is a group hell bent on telling people the to get onboard filing "ALL THE DOUGH " each is due for our "unknowing" since and b4 the age of "adulthood".

My time of being concerned and trying so hard to KNOW how to "beat" a ticket either on the street or by mail came and went. With this commonly "just pay it" embed from the last ticket ( this is CAPITAL revenue) not a matter of IF ...just when. Well, I didn't pay and wrote instead to get PROOF of the "deals" offered. Amazing ...the amount suggested I would counter (by email and snail w signature request). The last of the discussion was from the prosecutor sending me the "reason" this "incident" report must be paid for..."because". Then there was something threatening conveyed (per usual) but with no injured party or property damaged ... My bad ...i ignored him.

That was only 6 years ago so they have the resources to bring it up again , i supposed. These days govt is in the real estate biz and quite busy such that $100's of $'s in a ticket might not be as blood quenching as what they're making kicking folks out of their paid for homes in lue of extortion (prop.tax) dough.

With that said, I'm wondering if you've been following or are in the process of "going private"? Have you listened to Brandon Sterling? His intro meetings used to be 30 min courtesy which I looked at last was now 15min. Clint certainly gives him much credit to a way forward possible. Which brings me to your last sentences from your 4/26 comment that I'm replying to...Private Associations/clubs. Have U checked this out? I can't get on X ...I don't own a cell phone. Greetings Mark. Firstly, you never have ceased to be a man. You are acting in person. You are not a person. Do not confuse Nature with legal, negative with positive. As far as the driver's license goes, this is about the lowest possible level on the playing feild you should be concerned with. I do not recomend fightin the traffic court or any cop that pulls you over. I've had very good interactions by simply showing respect and curtisy, and pretending respect and appriciation and empathy toward the ignorant of law cop, whereby they reduce the ticket to a warning or so it wont effect your insurance. I have never had any good interaction trying to do any of the patriot mythology bullshit. Cops are not versed in the legal proceedure or most law. Do not engage or argue. This is futuile and dangerous. The number of successful cases of trying to fight tickets is about as many as the number of peopole that use the gurus we've exposed and have any success. To put it another way, "I fight authority authority always wins..." You are a prisoner of war, remember? Stop fucking with the idiots they hire as guards, because none of them are police because their IQ is high. We are all playing parts in the legal game. Your part is no more or less offensive than theirs, and yes, they are just doing their job. If you speed, pay the fine. If you park illegally, don't try and pretend you didn't. In the end, being the lowest playing feild and having absolute zero relevence or importance in the state of your pretended freedom, the moter vehicle code is the least of your worries. Cooperate like the prisoner you are. Obey the signage and codes and be happy you don't live in Ukraine. The last thing you ever want to do is go to a kangaroo traffic court that is completly illigitimate and completely administrative.

Finally, and to put this to rest, remembering youre a prisoner in an open-air prison nation state, as a US citizen it is your right to be extorted (exacted) from by government. It is a civil right!

Title 42, Section 1981 reads:

"(a)Statement of equal rights - All persons within the jurisdiction of the United States shall have the same right in every State and Territory to make and enforce contracts, to sue, be parties, give evidence, and to the full and equal benefit of all laws and proceedings for the security of persons and property as is enjoyed by white citizens, and shall be subject to like punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses, and exactions of every kind, and to no other."

Exaction is defined as extortion, but specifically as taking what is not ones due.

This is exactly what police do. It is your legally administered and enforced right to be extorted (exacted) from. You want to argue that, then by all means, continue banging your head against a completely corrupt legal system seeking justice. LOL!

Remember, worm, we are a conquered people. Stop pretending otherwise. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. If we escape Rome, then and only then will you be able to actually fight against your own damned federal citizenship rights!

that was what i was going to go wth, show me proof of service..been ignoring them for years but this time they persisted..also i don't speak their language, legalise, so am disqualifying myself..i appreciate your input...hank

Sorry I missed this question... There must be proof of service. Nothing more to say. This is a battle best faught though the mail system, where proof of service other than unofficial mail is required. "Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 209, any prospective juror who has been summoned for service, and who fails to respond as directed and be excused from attendance, may be found in contempt of court, punishable by fine ($1,500), incarceration (5 days) or both." A summons cannot be served in the mail without an agent of some form (you or an attorney) accepting the summons. They can however use the certified mail becasue it verifies reciept.

"Certified Mail is a service offered by the United States Postal Service. A certified item needs a delivery signature; it can't be left in a mailbox or on a doorstep. Certified Mail is only available on first-class mail. USPS lets you get a signature from the person who received the mail, such as a receptionist." With no proof of delivery or receipt, a proper summons was not issued by law. It is up to you to use proper legal arguments to fight this, and again, do it in the mail, not in court. They must show proof of delivery. This is no time to use patriot/truth mythology or make fallacious arguements thereof. Respond like a proper agent/attorney. It's purely a legal response, not emotional or even moral. Finally, understand that what you recieved was likely the first step in a government phishing campaign. In other words, it is an information, not a summons. It is also called a qualification letter.

"I received a qualification form. What do I do now? You received a form that you are required to complete and return. Based on your answers, the court will decide whether you qualify for jury service. We encourage you to qualify online. It's simple to do. Or you may return the completed form by fax or mail to the address printed on the form.

No one is exempt from jury service. You may ask to be excused, either temporarily or permanently, because of undue hardship, public necessity, or because you are incapable of jury service. If you think you need to be excused, do not hesitate to complete that section of the form and explain your request. You may be asked for documentation to support your request.

You may also request that your jury service fit your schedule. There are limits, however, and the clerks may not be able to meet every scheduling request.

If you need to arrange for accommodations of a disability, contact the clerk before coming to court."

Again, the summons happens only after you are qualified. So, in retrospect of what I said above, there must be proof that you recieved this information. For example, a police officer when giving you a ticket for a parking violation, it generally says on the back that "this is not an information", meaning it is not considered a summons. However, if you sign it, and not signing it is worse, you will be agreeing to an "appearance" before the judge. Essentially, this creates a psuedo-summons, if you will. Same thing with this. Your return of the form creates the ability to be summoned. So was it an information attempt, or an actual summons that you already sent your qualification form (information) back in the mail or online? Big difference.
